Owner and Frenchman Ben and his wife have been in Australia for many years. He has always wanted to bring French street food to his new home in Perth. His Monster Sub is inspired by the French “Sandwich Americain”. A large sub where the chips are served inside the roll. This popular takeaway is designed to eat on the go. Perfect before or after a big night out but also a great hangover meal. He also decided to jump on the smash burger trend coming from the USA, offering a fresh and moist patty in the centre with crispy edges.
